“To immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Dorogomilovo, study the context of the territory and show the range of motivesommercial Director of ANT Development that make up a holistic perception of the place, ANT Development carried out a photo-study of the area, inviting leading Russian masters of contemporary photography.” - Comments Commericial Director of ANT Development.
Exhibition “Four sides of the world. Dorogomilovo ”aims to show the uniqueness of the place, emphasized by the personal vision of the masters of photography (artists). The exhibition features more than 20 works reflecting the view of the historically significant area of Dorogomilovo through the lens of contemporary photographers.
Project curator Marina Fedorovskaya: “Art photography as a person has character and style. We read the author's thought by accents, rhythm and mood, which the artist feels and sees in reality. Each author has his own understanding of the world, so their four views on one district of Moscow are different and create a complementary picture. "
The concept of the exhibition “Four sides of the world. Dorogomilovo "
Perfect. An ideal area of ideal Moscow - this is how Alexander Gronsky sees the area around Kutuzovsky Prospekt. A city of subtle hues, open perspectives, full of light and slender architectural elements. Dream Town.
Humanistic. Urban emotions, youthful and timeless, are organically read in the monochrome works of Alexei Myakishev. We fall in love with an old, constantly renewing city, looking at its inhabitants of different generations.
Natural. Within the framework of the project, Anastasia Tsayder develops her already well-known Arcadia series (2018–2021). Arcadia is a search for pastoral images in city blocks, places where a new romantic cityscape is emerging. Interlacing branches, swift shoots and strict lines of large courtyards - this is a city of romantic fantasy (idyll).
Shining. Evening, never sleeping, full of flickering textures and lights - this is how we see Dorogomilovo in the works of Ignat Kozlov. The rays of the setting sun capture the energy of the metropolis, where architecture echoes the vastness.
