ANT Development projects became the leaders by demand level in 2020.
Knight Frank analysts summed up the results of 2020 in Moscow elite residential estate market. The leaders by demand in Dorogomilovo district became two projects of Ant Development - “Poklonnaya 9” and Victory Park Residences. *
Furthermore, there was a change of traditional leader in demand pattern – Khamovniki region was shifted from the top of the list. The most popular location among buyers became Dorogomilovo district: over the year its share in the demand structure increased by 19% and amounted to 25%. Analysts forecast this district to keep the leading position in 2021 as well.
Among TOP-3 leaders by demand in premium real estate market there are two projects of Ant Development – “Poklonnaya 9” and Victory Park Residences. Since the start of sales (from September 2020) more than 37% of apartments with a total area of more than 19 000 sq. m. have been sold in the elite-class residential complex Victory Park Residences. In premium-class apartment complex “Poklonnaya 9” in the same Dorogomilovo district, 171 lots were sold in 2020, with a total area of 14 397 sq. m.
