Ant Development presents Victory Park Residences art space

In honor of the office opening the developer unveiled paintings by Semyon Faibisovich which he plans to donate to the State Tretyakov Gallery after the display.

The new complex of elite family residences will be located within walking distance from one of the largest memorial monuments in the world - Victory Park. Next to the residential complex ANT Development presented a unique sales office - client art space of Victory Park Residences. Its concept as well as architectural and design solutions will make it not just a place where potential customers will be able to get information about the project but also a new art environment where art exhibitions, film screenings, lectures and other cultural and educational events will be held regularly.

The first art event was an exhibition of paintings by the famous Russian painter Semyon Faibisovich from the “New World” series. The canvases were created during the period from 2016 to 2020 in letterpress printing. The exhibition in new client art space of Victory Park Residences will last for another month, after that paintings are planned to be donated by ANT Development to the Tretyakov Gallery. Artist Semyon Faibisovich recorded a video message especially for the event saying that he was glad to be the first artist whose work was exhibited in the art space of Victory Park Residences. The painter lives in Israel now. 

A grand presentation of the new residential complex and sales office was held by journalist and businesswoman Laura Dzhugelia who talked about the uniqueness of the project as an element of city architectural environment and importance of art space as an open platform for art promotion, acknowledging its beautiful architecture, design and high-tech engineering solutions created by ANT Development company for Victory Park Residences client art space.

CEO of ANT Development, talked about the new residential complex:

— Victory Park Residences has become the second independent development project of ANT Development but no less significant and important. I can say confidently that the entire real estate market of Moscow has been waiting for this project. Buyers’ activity shows it as well: since the start of sales (in September 2020) more than 37% of apartments with a total area of more than 19 thousand square meters have been sold in the project. We want to create a whole new standard of living in this complex: the format of a countryside residence in the center of Moscow. Besides Victory Park across the street, residents will have their own private park, a kindergarten, a gallery for shopping, sports and entertainment. Sergey Skuratov, creator of the architectural concept of the complex, founder and creative director of the architectural bureau Sergei Skuratov Architects, also shared his impressions of the work on the project:

- Victory Park Residences is not just a residential complex, it is a multifunctional ensemble with extensive infrastructure. Memorial Victory Park influenced the architecture of the complex - it becomes, in a sense, a part of the general composition of the park and the museum, “empathizing” with this space, this grand memorial, Dorogomilovo district, interacting with it and naturally complementing it.

The residential complex Victory Park Residences is located in one minute walk from the legendary Victory Park. A distinctive feature of this complex is its rich infrastructure: everything is skillfully combined here to allow residents not only to spend their free time actively but also get away from the city noise without leaving the complex. A huge territory the size of six football fields includes eight elegant houses, a private picturesque park, isolated barbeque areas, a sports ground and an area for yoga and meditation as well as a kindergarten for the youngest residents of the complex.An important infrastructure facility is going to be Victory Gallery with shops, restaurants, spa and beauty salons, an aquarium, a cinema and other entertainment.
