THE CONCEPT OF A PREMIUM COMPLEX ON POKLONNAYA GORA WAS PRESENTED IN MOSCOW

Yesterday in Moscow there was a presentation of the premium-class apartment complex Poklonnaya 9 (on the foto), being implemented by the developer ANT Development on Poklonnaya Gora.
«Poklonnaya 9» is a house with a total area of 115 thousand square meters. meters with 32 aboveground and 5five underground floors. The architecture of the building combines features of Art Deco and Moscow stalinist skyscrapers. The upper levels - from 29 to 32 floors - are reserved for penthouses and villas. A parking lot for 288 cars will be equipped on four underground levels. The construction of the Poklonnaya 9 complex started in the third quarter of 2019. To date, work is underway to build the first floor. The house will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2022.
